One of my favorite Hand Crafted Quiltboxes is "Rose of Sharon" . The pattern is an age old quilt pattern, and is beautifully created using Light Curly Sycamore all over, flowers of Red Satine, and stems of Imbuya.
The box is 6.5 " square and 3.5" tall.
This made in America box is difficult and traditional marquetry work that is wonderfully satisfying to create. The box is lined with Cherry and hinges and knob are Solid Brass. Enjoy this Heirloom creation for generations.
