Created using up cycled local wood from fallen trees in the artist's native Massachusetts woods, such as cherry maple and black walnut, these bowls become works of art instead of being using for firewood.

"Spalted" refers to maple wood disfigured by exposure to dirt, moss, water, decomposition and aging.
