What a gorgeous and unique salad bowl!
Highly figured Spalted Maple bowl is a generous 15" in diameter.
Created using upcycled local wood from fallen trees in the artist's native Massachusetts woods, such as cherry maple and black walnut, these bowls become works of art instead of being using for firewood.
"Spalted" refers to maple wood disfigured by exposure to dirt, moss, water, decomposition and aging.
