Andy Brinkley
Andy Brinkley,a native of Virginia, has been working in metals for over five decades. Initially a blacksmith, Andy began to utilize various metals and has specialized in brass and copper for the past 48+ years. He started working out of a small basement shop and today the studio is on a rural woodland nestled in the Appalachian foothills of North Carolina.
Working with Andy are, 30+ year Master Craftsman Mark Shrum,
and 25+ year Master Craftsman Yates Richard. Suzanne Shrum, wife of Mark, also helps in creating the sculptures well as managing the Studio.
Our love and appreciation of nature is evident in the artwork we create at Andy Brinkley Studio.
